Open Studio: The Art Journal

Open Studio: The Art Journal

A weekly session welcoming individuals to connect with their creativity alongside others!

Open studio format allows participants to explore art-making at their own pace, in their own style, with materials and methods of choice, while the format of artwork is centered within the sketchbook. Weekly methods, prompts, and themes will be addressed and discussed within the group as options for creative exploration. This open studio group is ideal for teens and adults seeking a place to harness their artistic voice! The group is founded on the philosophy of art as therapy and promotes art-making as a tool for wellness, self-awareness, and connection. All materials are provided and continued work on art journals is encouraged outside of the sessions.
