Teenage Ariel Freeman loves school and dreams of becoming a writer. When a new English teacher gives her the worst grade of her life, Ariel struggles to overcome her disappointment and find her voice. With the help of her friends and family, she soon learns that inspiration is everywhere, but greatness has to be earned.
